Scythe encounters
In Scythe Encounters, players take on the role of one of five factions vying for control of the mysterious factory known as The Engine. Each faction has their own unique abilities and goals, and players will need to use them to their advantage if they want to be the one to ultimately control The Engine.
The game is played over the course of four rounds, during which players will take turns performing actions. Each round, players will have the opportunity to move their faction's meeples around the board, engage in combat with other factions, or activate one of their faction's unique abilities. At the end of each round, players will score points based on their position on the board and the objectives they have completed.
Scythe Encounters is a competitive game for 2-5 players that takes about 60-90 minutes to play. It is a stand-alone game that is not compatible with the base Scythe game.
